We pay all standard processing fees. Total price (based on hot carcass slaughter weight from processor) for buyer is TBD. Buyer is provided with a sample custom cut sheet from us and will place custom order directly with the processor. We are happy to guide you and talk you through the decisions. Frozen boxed beef is ready to pick up from Hamilton's Meat in Weatherford, TX expected 2-3 weeks from date of slaughter (depending on aging process/hang time). These are large, grain finished steers. For a half, expect an estimated 220-240 lbs of meat in your freezer.

Buyer picks up the packaged boxed beef from the processor in Weatherford, Texas. Priced by the pound and based on hot carcass weight provided by the processor. Price includes processing fees and all is paid to Weston Family Farms. Product is ready approximately 3 weeks from the pre-scheduled date of slaughter.
We know every step the calf takes from start to finish. All calves are pasture raised, and grain finished. They are hand fed daily and never stressed.

Hay is available from our farm in Azle. We can load on your truck or trailer. Local delivery may be available, inquire for details.
